Visiting the Club – Useful Information
Towing: If you are towing a boat, please follow the brown tourist signs for local marinas rather than your navigation tool as it may take you down a narrow road which is difficult to manoeuvre whilst towing.
Parking: Bath Road Car Park pay is a large, pay & display car park located adjacent to the Club. Charges are applicable year-round, 0600-2200hrs, seven days a week including public holidays. RingGo 2560. No overnight camping permitted. Trailers must remain attached to the towing vehicle and parked in an allocated bay. Parking charges also apply to the trailer and the ticket must be displayed in the towing vehicle. The NFDC is aware that sailors may wish to stay beyond the 20hrs limit. Purchase enough tickets for the vehicle and trailer for your length of stay. Parking Attendants are aware of this practice and will count the tickets displayed. For specific events we will reserve areas for competitors to rig their boats and store their equipment. Details will be provided with event information.
Slipway: Managed by the Lymington Harbour Commissioners, slipway fees are paid to the Harbour Master's office. 12-month permits are available for regular visitors. For Club events the fee will be included in the event fee. The slipway is an active RNLI launching area.
