Notes for Members

The below guidance provides support for completing this form. If you have any questions, please contact our Membership Secretary on 01590 672677 or by email membership@rlymyc.org.uk.

  1. Who this form is for

    Existing Members adding family to their Membership: a spouse or partner, children or other family members. If you're not yet a Member, please use the Membership Application Form, which covers the whole family.

  2. Payment and Membership card

    Tell us whether to add their subscription to your existing Direct Debit, and whether to link their Membership card spending to your account. If you're not sure, choose Contact me to discuss and the Membership Secretary will talk it through with you.

  3. Family members

    You can add up to four family members on one form. If you're adding more, send a second form, or call 01590 672677 or email membership@rlymyc.org.uk.

    Children under 18 are included in Family Membership:

    • When two adults are Members, children under 18 are free.
    • When one adult is a Member, the first child is charged and any further children under 18 are free.

  4. Getting to know them

    This is optional, but tell us about their interests and we will help them get involved in Club life.

  5. Personal data

    Members need to accept the Club's Privacy Statement, which is published on the Club website. In short:

    • The Club will keep and use the information you give us to run their Membership.
    • Where appropriate, some of it may be published, as set out in the Privacy Statement.
    • You can ask for particular details, such as a home address, not to be published. We will look at each request individually.

  6. Signing

    Typing your full name counts as your signature. By signing, you confirm the information is correct and agree to the data note above Note E.

  7. What happens next

    The Membership Secretary will be in touch to confirm the details.
