Notes for rejoining Members

The below guidance provides support for completing this form. If you have any questions, please contact our Membership Secretary on 01590 672677 or by email membership@rlymyc.org.uk.

  1. Rejoining

This form is for former Members who'd like to rejoin. If you have your old Membership number, or know roughly when you were a Member, it helps us find your previous record. Don't worry if you don't.

Not sure which Membership is right for you now? Call 01590 672677 or email membership@rlymyc.org.uk and we will talk it through. If you've never been a Member, please use the Membership Application Form instead.

  2. Couples, families and dependents

You can rejoin on your own or together with your spouse or partner. Children under 18 are included in Family Membership:

    • When two adults join, children under 18 are free.
    • When one adult joins, the first child is charged and any further children under 18 are free.
  3. Getting back involved

Tell us what you would like to do at the Club, and what's changed since you were last a Member. It helps us introduce you to the right people and activities.

  4. Your personal data

To be a Member, you need to accept the Club's Privacy Statement, which is published on the Club website. In short:

    • The Club will keep and use the information you give us to run your Membership.
    • Where appropriate, some of it may be published, as set out in the Privacy Statement.
    • You can ask for particular details, such as your home address, not to be published. We will look at each request individually.
  5. Who needs to sign

Every adult on the form signs: you, and your spouse or partner if they're rejoining. Typing your full name counts as your signature. By signing, each of you confirms the information is correct and agrees to the data note above Note D.

  6. What happens next

The Membership Secretary will be in touch to confirm the next steps and how to pay.
